From a fragmented installation
to an integrated home.

After purchasing this Beverly Grove property, the homeowners inherited an installation that fell short of the smart-home experience. Southland dismantled the existing system, added wiring, and installed a comprehensive replacement.

Correct the underlying problems.

An improperly installed floor-mounted TV lift presented a safety hazard. We removed it and corrected the 7.1.2 surround sound installation as part of the reconstruction.

Connect the complete property.

The new scope included property-wide Wi-Fi, cameras, lighting, HVAC, video distribution, audio distribution, outdoor television, and pool control.
